Every Unofficially Yours product is made to order, just for you. Because of this, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues — so please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
However, we'll always make it right if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- There's a print or embroidery quality issue
If any of these apply, contact us at support@unofficiallyyours.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
